REFUND POLICY

* Cancellations MUST be phoned in to the club, prior to the night of the reservation. Call 337.704.2669 or 337.257.0031

* Cancellations may also ne emailed to the office, if more than 24 hours in advance of the reserved date: mgmt@karmadowntown.com

* Cancellations require a 24 hour notice prior to your reserved date, for a full refund of charges.

* Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will be subject to a $100 service charge and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card.

* Karma nightclub & lounge reserves the right to cancel any reservations without refund to any table/group/person who does not show up to the club before 12:00 midnight to claim the reservation. At which time the reserved table will be resold.
